Media Ranch Founder, President and Executive Producer, Sophie Ferron, announced that Horsepower, its successful Format incubator initiative with Quebecor Content (Season 1 & 2 partner), is returning for a 3rd edition, along with new partners – La Fabrique des Formats, an innovation and training cluster in the format field, and France’s TF1 joining the project for the first time.
